born in 1980 in Warsaw, percussionist, improviser and composer. In 1999–2004 he studied at the Warsaw Academy of Music. In 2009 he won a bronze medal at the International Delphic Games in South Korea in the solo percussion category. 

An acclaimed interpreter of contemporary music, his repertoire features works by leading 20thand 21st-century composers: Helmut Lechenmann (he performed his Air at the inaugural concert of the 2015 Warsaw Autumn with the National Polish Radio Orchestra conducted by Alexander Liebreich), Steve Reich (he took part, with the Kwadrofonik ensemble, in the first Polish performance of Music for 18 Musicians and Daniel Variations), Terry Riley (artistic director of a performance of In C to mark the 81st birthday of the Polish Radio Programme 2), Per Nørgård, Tadeusz Wielecki, Zygmunt Krauze, Tomasz Sikorski, Cornelius Cardew, Zdzisław Piernik, and Arturas Bumsteinas. 

In addition to pursuing a classical education, he has played in jazz ensembles and explored the secrets of improvisation and experimental music. Today he is one of the most active percussionists on the Polish improvisation, experimental music, and free jazz scene. He performs with representatives of various genres, like jazz, world music, rock and blues as well as improvised or electronic music. 

In addition, he appears in concert as a soloist, presenting his own repertoire and improvisations. Artists he has collaborated with include Felix Kubin, Piotr Kurek, Jon Gibson, John Tilbury, Todd Barton, Ben Frost, Evan Ziporyn, Gyan Riley, Agusti Fernardez, Szabolsc Esztény, Kwadrofonik ensemble, Kamil Szuszkiewicz (Zebry a Mit, Istina), Raphael Rogiński, Wacław Zimpl (LAM trio), the Italian experimental music studio Tempo Reale, Hashtag Ensemble, and Mitch&Mitch ensemble.
