Rules of participation in concerts
of the 64th edition of the Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music

Due to the necessity of protecting from SARS-CoV-2 virus infection and the safety procedures introduced by the sanitary regime, the Polish Composers’ Union (organiser of the Warsaw Autumn Festival) introduces the following rules for all the concerts taking place between 17 and 25 September 2021:

1. Participation in concerts is equivalent to the acceptance of the present rules. Participants must abide by the present rules. 
2. Participants to the concerts are obliged to wear facemasks or visors and to observe a social distancing standard of 1,5 metres.
3. Participants are obliged to disinfect hands and fill in a declaration form before entering the event venue.
4. Photographing, filming, sound recording and the use of mobile phones and other devices that might disrupt artistic events is prohibited.
5. Concerts will be organised with no intermission. No latecomers will be allowed into the concert hall after the concert starts.
6. Organisers reserve the right to deny entry to the concert hall to participants who fail to follow the present rules or are intoxicated.
7. The present rules might be amended or changed at any time.
