My degree is mainly about the relationship and research on sound and its use. In my undergraduate thesis, I tried to render the relationship between ambient, space, and the viewer. It takes the form of a five-speaker installation that tells the story of our relationship with the everyday sound environment. I create soundscapes that have a deeply personal background, but in a way are also universal. I explore the human synaesthetic response, trying to broaden the group of people relating to it, maximising the effect by presenting my work in a dark space.
