They are passionate about art and contemporary music. They love to create, play concerts, think outside the box, and challenge existing dogmas. They enormously value the possibility of collaborating with various artists and mutual inspirations. Their fascinations are: making bonds with audience, jumping to other dimensions, and grasping new perspectives on the world.
NeoQuartet is the winner of Pomeranian Artistic Award. The ensemble has also been nominated for numerous other prizes (Sztorm Roku, Fryderyk Awards). They have recorded 13 albums under Polish, German, Greek, and US record labels. Since 2017, NeoQuartet has expanded its instrumental line-up by adding electric midi string instruments, synthesisers, and loopers. 2022 saw the release of the first CD featuring NeoQuartet’s own compositions, String Theory.
NeoQuartet gives concerts in Poland and abroad. In 2012–22 the ensemble played more than 500 concerts nearly throughout the world, including such prestigious venues as the Carnegie Hall in New York and the Forbidden City Concert Hall in Beijing. The quartet also has its own festival called NeoArte – Synthesiser of Arts, held annually in Gdańsk since 2012.
