The work was commissioned by Black Page Orchestra with funding from the Austrian Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, Civil Service and Sport. It is an eight-minute-long psychoacoustic piece for flute, percussion, and electronics, composed using electroacoustic techniques but performed by live instruments. The work is loosely based on such Croatian folk pieces as Svirka na dvojnicama (A Double-Flute Concert), performed on the double folk flute called dvojnice.
