Patrols appear unannounced at various points throughout the Festival programme. They comment on the moment but also form  a standalone narrative thread running from the first to the last link. They operate various categories of signs but not sounds. It  is only by deciphering these signs that sounds may be provoked,  sparking interactions, comments and exchanges of viewpoints  amongst those observing the patrols.
