Call for composers
International Festival of Contemporary Music ‘Warsaw Autumn’ invites 2 young composers to take part in 2 composition workshops organised within the framework of this year’s 68. edition of the Festival. They offer young composers the opportunity to present their scores and consult their music with outstanding artists whose works will be performed during the festival. The young composers are also welcome to attend other tuition sessions as auditors. All workshops take place at the Austrian Cultural Forum.
This year Warsaw Autumn invited following composers to lead the workshops with young composers:
- - Pierre Jodlowski (September 22)
- - Lidia Zielińska (September 23)
- - Ewa Trębacz (September 26)
- - Franck Bedrossian (September 27)
Also the participants have a chance to take part in all festival events. Warsaw Autumn offers complimentary tickets for the concerts, hotel accommodation and travel.
Application Guidelines:
- - Applicants must be under 35 years old (born after 01.08.1990)
- - Applicants must be Europe based
- - Submit 2 previously written scores
- - Write aspects you would like to consult with mentor
- - Send short bio
- - Deadline for applications: August, 15th, 2025.
