The Festival is cofinanced by the City of Warsaw, PZU Foundation and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage’s Culture Promotion Fund, levied from state monopoly fees according to Gambling Act of 19 November 2009, Article 80 p. 1, within the Music programme implemented by the Institute of Music and Dance.
