native of Bielawa in the Owl Mountains, theatre artist and playwright. He graduated in drama directing from the AST National Academy of Theatre Arts in Cracow and studied law at the University of Wrocław. In 2020 the Nowy Theatre in Warsaw awarded him a scholarship for talented young artists.
He worked as a drama writer notably for the Jerzy Szaniawski Dramatyczny Theatre in Wałbrzych (Paradise. A Tutorial), Juliusz Osterwa Theatre in Lublin (Three Sisters, On the Neman River), TR Warszawa (David Goes to Israel), and Warsaw’s Nowy Theatre (Jezus). His shows have been presented and awarded at numerous festivals and theatre reviews, including Divine Comedy in Cracow and the Gdańsk Shakespeare Festival. His drama Lithuania Is My Life has been translated into Lithuanian and staged at the Lithuanian National Drama Theatre in Vilnius.
He regularly cooperates with director Jędrzej Piaskowski. His projects explore issues such as new folk art and the creative potential of failure.
