The Festival is cofinanced by the Capital City of Warsaw and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage’s Culture Promotion Fund, levied from state monopoly fees according to Gambling Act of 19 November 2009, Article 80 p. 1, within the Music programme implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance.
