Born in 1983 in Buenos Aires, she is a composer, singer and university professor. She completed her studies in composition at the Argentinean Catholic University, graduating with honours in 2008. In parallel she studied music production and singing at the Argentinean National University of the Arts. Currently, she is on track to complete the Higher Diploma in Contemporary Music, specializing in composition and singing at the Manuel de Falla Conservatoire in Buenos Aires while also working on her doctoral thesis in composition. She also attended courses given by teachers such as Ivan García, David Moss, Morton Subotnick, Omar Ebrahimm and Joan la Barbara. 

Crespo holds teaching positions at two National Universities in Argentina and serves as the conductor of the Untref vocal ensemble. Throughout her career, she has garnered awards and scholarships, with her compositions being recorded and performed in prestigious concert venues across Argentina and globally, including Colombia, Uruguay, France, Germany, Spain, and the United States. 

She has actively participated in various festivals, composition seminars, and masterclasses, such as International Academy of Composition with New Technologies at IRCAM (2008), Acanthes (2009, 2010), Buenos Aires Opera Winter School (2017), Ciel Academy (Cordes-sur-Ciel, 2022), and Forecast Forum (Berlin, 2022). These experiences have allowed her to study under esteemed composers like Mark Andre, Heiner Goebbels, Beat Furrer, Iván Fedele, Martín Matalón, Ian Maresz, and Mathias Spahlinger, among others. 

She has cooperated with renowned ensembles and performers such as Dal Niente, Linea, Nonsense, Compañía Oblicua, MEI, Buenos Aires Quartet, Tropi, and Untref Quartet. As a singer she performed in several theatres of Buenos Aires, including the different venues of the Colón Theatre. She currently works as a mezzo-soprano in the Música Inaudita Vocal Ensemble.
