Conductor and teacher, graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, from which he also obtained a DMA degree. He has worked at the Maria Skłodowska-Curie Primary School no. 400 since 2020. Jointly with his pupils he won the Grand Prix in the 5th competition for the best lesson on Polish music (2021, for “Courtly and Polish national dances in Ignacy Feliks Dobrzyński’s Symphony no. 2 ‘Characteristic’”). Czubaszek is also an experienced conductor. He was an assistant conductor at Wrocław Opera and has led many orchestras throughout Poland. He has co-organised numerous talent shows and competitions such as Szuflada (“The Drawer”) and Kolędiada. Since 2022 he has built the TikTok profile @panodmuzyki_, where he shares his teaching experience and broadens the musical knowledge of the viewers (his pupils included). In 2024 he conducted workshops for music teachers held as part of the Music with Passion programme of the National Institute of Music and Dance.
