Early school education specialist at Stefan Starzyński Primary School no. 143 in Warsaw as well as cultural educator at the Władysław Broniewski Youth Cultural Centre, she mostly uses the interdisciplinary project method and Janusz Korczak’s methodology, providing children with a space to take decisions, organise and co-create their own educational process. She coordinates initiatives focusing on projects created jointly by children and adults with a view to the personal development of both parties. The potential results of such projects depend on critical and creative thinking as well as human relations. Trepkowska has also co-authored educational syllabuses on the natural environment and history. She is a thrice winner of Warsaw Cultural Education Prize for school cultural and educational projects (including the Grand Prix for “Magic Planet”, 2019). She was a co-curator of the Space®opera project presented at the 2024 Little Warsaw Autumn, which won the “Impulse of Culture” Mazovian Cultural Inspirations Award.
