is a work about the consciousness of the resident of a large city who experiences a difficult period for his country when law and human rights were broken, citizens are beaten and imprisoned for voicing their opinions and protesting peacefully. Everywhere I hear stories about the cruelty of armed forces—stories of people who have truly gone through this. I am deeply moved by the courage and character of Belarusians who attend the protests. I can’t help them, but I can share their stories.
