born in 1981 in Szczecin into a Polish-Peruvian music family. He completed percussion classes at first- and second-level extracurricular music schools. He made his debut in his father’s Latin-American band Son Latino. In 2000 he moved to Warsaw to continue his education at the Postgraduate Jazz Studies run at the Fryderyk Chopin State Music Schools in Warsaw. He also began his collaboration with Reinaldo Ceballo and Calle Sol band. In 2003 Manolo joined Maanam, playing dozens of concerts in Poland and internationally with this band. Over the last fifteen years he has performed and recorded with many groups and artists representing different musical styles, such as Kora, Krzesimir Dębski, Andrzej Jagodziński, Tomasz Stańko, Zbigniew Namysłowski, Grażyna Auguścik, Ewa Bem, Wojciech Waglewski, Antonina Krzysztoń, Krzysztof Knittel, Los Payos, Łona and Webber, Fisz and Emade, Marita Alban Juárez, Krystyna Prońko, Ania Dąbrowska, Paulina Przybysz, Pinnawela, Kazana /Twister/Alban Juárez, Etopiryna, Ritmodelia, Novika, Eldo, Mesajah, Motrip, Oszibarack, Ina West, Albo Inaczej, Justyna Święs, Igo, Fismoll, and JIMEK. 

As a soloist, he has played with orchestras such as Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonia Varsovia, AUKSO, Katowice, Opole, and Szczecin philharmonics, Amadeus Polish Radio Chamber Orchestra, Polish Radio Orchestra, WDR Sinfonieorchester Köln, and Konzerthausorchester Berlin. At present, he composes film music, records, and gives concerts.
