HEL - James Black International Festival of Contemporary Music Warsaw Autumn

In the last few years, I have been taking inventory of the beliefs, thought patterns, and assumptions that I have acquired during our life. Some of these are useful, some are less useful, and some are toxic and need to be destroyed. I have been using our creative practice to externalise these toxic patterns, in the hope that by bringing them into the light of day they can be exposed for how ridiculous they are. In HEL I am externalising possibly one of the most damaging patterns that I’ve picked up along the way—I am shameful, I am sinful, and I am going to hell. I don’t even believe in hell, but on some level I believe I am going.
