A composer and percussionist, he completed his MMus studies in composition and music theory with Artur Zagajewski at the Bacewicz University of Music in Łódź. He focuses on acoustic, electroacoustic, electronic, and audio-visual works. He is particularly interested in exploring different types of communication and narrative systems. He likes to draw inspiration from social and system-related subjects, mainly related to conflict and violence as well as other disciplines of art, such as painting and film. Glądys’s compositions have been presented at such events and festivals as Musica Polonica Nova, Musica Privata, Festival of Freedom, and the Gdańsk Shakespeare Festival. As a percussionist he has performed (and sometimes premiered) many works by Polish and foreign composers at such festivals as Musica Polonica Nova, Musica Privata, Ravekjavik, and Musica Moderna.

A member of the Soundcheck New Music Ensemble directed by Maciej Koczur, Glądys has also worked with the Choir of the Grand Theatre in Łódź since 2023. As a composer he has collaborated during masterclasses notably with Mark Andre, Johannes Kreidler, Simon Steen-Andersen, Zygmunt Krauze, Francesco Filidei, as well as working with ensembles such as Spółdzielnia Muzyczna Contemporary Ensemble, Concept Store Quartet, and Kwartludium. He has participated in courses and workshops held as part of the Warsaw Autumn (2021–23) and Synthetis Composition Courses (2022–24). He has received scholarships from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage(2022/23) and an artistic scholarship from the City of Łódź (2024).
