Born in 1991 in Zagreb, Croatian composer. She studied composition at the Music Academy in Zagreb in the class of Davorin Kempf, and later earned her BA and MA degree in composition at the State High School of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart in the class of Martin Schüttler. She has won numerous international prizes, including the Kranichsteiner Musikpreis at the Summer Courses in Darmstadt (2018), the Ivo Vuljević Prize, Neue Szenen V opera competition organised by Berlin’s Deutsche Oper, Erste Bank Composers Award in Vienna (2011), Ersnt von Siemens Foundation’s Förderpreis (2023), City of Stuttgart Composition Award (2024), SWR Orchesterpreis for DING,DONG, DARLING! (2024), and German Music Authors’ Award – Emerging Artists (2025). In 2019 she held a scholarship of the Baden– Württemberg Kunststiftung. Her works are published by the Berlin-based publisher Edition Juliane Klein.

Her artistic practice deals with pop culture, its aesthetic and its sociopolitical consequences, nostalgia and collective memory, and the vast network of pop-culture data and its byproducts arising through their juxtaposition. Her works, which include orchestra and chamber music scores, as well as video works and multimedia & multisensory installations have been performed on in Australia, Europe, South America, and Asia by leading ensembles such as Ensemble Musikfabrik, Neue Vocalsolisten Stuttgart, Trio Catch, Sarah Maria Sun, Dirk Rothbrust, Ensemble Mimitabu, The Black Page Orchestra, Croatian Radio Symphony Orchestra, and many others, at festivals such as ECLAT in Stuttgart, Huddersfield, Ultraschall in Berlin, Wittener Tage für Neue Kammermusik, Showroom of Contemporary Sound, and Music Biennale in Zagreb.
