Born in 1990, he graduated from the Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź in the composition class of Zygmunt Krauze (2014) and also obtained a diploma in music theory in the class of Ewa Kowalska-Zając (2015). He studied electronic music under Krzysztof Knittel as well as sound engineering at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw (postgraduate studies). In 2025, he obtained a PhD under the supervision of Artur Zagajewski.
He also participated in Synthetis – International Summer Courses for Composers in Radziejowice, meetings and workshops on new musicorganised as part of Warsaw Autumn, and the International Summer Courses for New Music in Darmstadt.
He is the recipient of the Young Poland Scholarship (2025) and the Artistic Scholarship of the City of Łódź (2023). His works have received numerous awards at international and national composition competitions, including the 3rd International Mieczysław Karłowicz Composition Competition (1st Prize and Audience Award, 2024), 5th International Krzysztof Penderecki Competition for Young Composers as part of the 34th International Composers’ Festival in Cracow (honourable mention, 2022), 3rd International Andrzej Koszewski Composition Competition organised by the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań (1st Prize, 2021), National Composers’ Competition „Young Musicians for a Young City 2.1” in Stalowa Wola (2nd Prize and Special Award from the Hashtag Ensemble, 2021). His works have been presented both in Poland and internationally at festivals such as ISCM World New Music Days 2024 in the Faroe Islands, Young Musicians to a Young City 2.0 in Stalowa Wola, New Waves Contemporary Music Festival in Gdańsk, AZ Festival, and Musica Moderna Festival in Łódź.
