A graduate of the Białystok Department of Puppet Theatre Arts of Warsaw’s Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy, she also completed postgraduate studies for culture managers at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, a production organisation course at the Film and Television Academy in Warsaw, and Secondary Music School in Toruń, as well as more than a dozen training courses on management, teamwork, promotion of cultural institutions, artistic project implementation and their funding. Twice board member of ZASP Union of Polish Stage Artists, Warsaw branch, its treasurer in 2014–20, chair of the board in 2020–22, she was also a panellist of the ZASP European Forum in Wrocław (2016), coordinator of ZASP Warsaw branch centenary year celebrations (2018), and initiator of the new SPATiF Club and Stage. Involved in Warsaw’s cultural policies as an activist, she has sat on the competition jury for the post of the Ateneum Theatre’s director (for the2016–22 term), contributed to the Warsaw Cultural Development Programme (2016) and the National Culture Conference in Warsaw (2018),as well as being a panellist at the 2024 współKongres (Co-Congress) of Culture. She was also the SPATiF Stage programmer and manager (2017–20) and cultural events organiser at Praga Cultural Centre (2020–24). Since 2024, she has been the director’s plenipotentiary for the strategy and acquisition of external funds at Stacja Muzeum Warsaw and the president of Siła Społeczna / The Community’s Power Foundation.

Golc has successfully implemented several dozen artistic and educational projects funded by the local and central government. These include TR Warszawa’s Travel Document, ten editions of Summer in Theatre (programme of the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage) and In Other Ways (a production co-financed by the Warsaw Środmieście District). Golc was also a co-author of the competition-winning project Cyber ZASP, part of the Kultura w sieci (‘Online Culture’) programme funded by the NCK National Centre for Culture Poland, which achieved the best score among more than 5,000 applications from all over Poland. Golc has co-created the documentary film Młynarski. Final Song (dir, Alicja Albrecht), which won a special award at the 29th Polish Film Festival in America and a 2018 Golden Eagles nomination for the best documentary. She has also won the Impulse for Culture Mazovian Cultural Inspirations Award for her project The Praga Tribe (2023).
