They are passionate about art and contemporary music. They love to create, play concerts, think outside the box, and challenge existing dogmas. They enormously value the possibility of collaborating with various artists and the resulting mutual inspiration. They are fascinated by making bonds with the audience, jumping to other dimensions, and acquiring new perspectives on the world.
NeoQuartet is a winner of the prestigious Pomeranian Artistic Award, also nominated for numerous other prizes (Storm of the Year, Fryderyk Awards). They have recorded thirteen CDs released under Polish, German, Greek, and US labels.
Since 2017, NeoQuartet has expanded its range of instruments with electric midi violins, viola and cello plus synthesizers and loopers. String Theory, the first CD of NeoQuartet’s own compositions, was released in 2022.
NeoQuartet performs in Poland and abroad. In 2012–21 the ensemble performed over 500 concerts nearly worldwide, including such prestigious venues as New York’s Carnegie Hall and Beijing’s Forbidden City Concert Hall.
The ensemble organises its own festival, NeoArte Synthesizer of Arts, held annually in Gdańsk since 2012.
