is an award-winning composer for film, TV, opera, and theatre. Her commissions include an important documentary series for Polish TV and leading institutions worldwide, such as Warsaw’s National Opera, Holland Symfonia, and Brussels’ La Monnaie. She was a finalist for the Genesis Prize for Opera and Edison Awards, and received accolades from the European Commission, French Ministry of Culture, Polish Ministry of Culture, Arts Council of Northern Ireland, and International Society for Contemporary Music. She graduated from the Wrocław Music Academy in her native Poland, before enrolling on postgraduate studies at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague and a PhD in Music at Queen’s University in Belfast. Currently, she lives with her husband and two children in The Hague, where she teaches the International Creative Business, Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
