Sadkowska, Dagna
graduated from the Music Academy in Warsaw in the violin class of Krzysztof Bąkowski. She is the cofounder and member of the Kwartludium ensemble, a soloist and chamber musician, with many performances and first performances of contemporary Polish and international composers including Magdalena Długosz, Krzysztof Knittel, Wojciech Ziemowit Zych, Aleksandra Gryka, Lawrence Moss, Salvatore Sciarrino, Bernard Cavan, Toshio Hosokawa, Aleksander Lasoń, and many others.
She has appeared at festivals including the Premieres Festival and Improvised Music Festival in Katowice, Warsaw Autumn, Musical Seismograph III, Contemporary Music Lab, Contemporary Music Flying Academy, New Timbres of Gdańsk, Ad Libitum, Audio Art, and others.
For several years now, she has been active on the improvised music scene. Within the Plain Music project, she has played with performers such as John Edwards, Le Qua Ninh, John Tilbury, Axel Dörner, Thomas Lahn, and DJ Lenar.
She has held the Young Poland scholarship of the Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
She is the curator of Warsaw Autumn Hits the Club.
